When a customer chat has been initiated from the customer page and later you need it to be attached to a specific job, is there a way to do that?
Also I think it would would be beneficial to just have a chat section with all chats on the customer page under calls.

Unfortunately, no ☹️ All the chats with a customer are stored within their text chain (by clicking on the blue chat bubble). I totally see why this would be helpful, though! Consider posting it as a an idea in the Ideas portal!
