I was wondering if there is a way to send a questionnaire to a customer through service titan?
Mainly I'm thinking this would be used for Sales.
Basically it would be a questionnaire for the customer before we go out to the call so we have an understanding of what they are looking for in an ac replacement.
I'm hoping we can send it to the customer from the estimate job scheduled and once it's completed it be stored in Service Titan on that job.
