Some things in our system we don't have set up and do not want to just yet or not at all. There are just certain things that do not fit our business model. Is there a way to narrow down what is scored on what we use vs what is set up already? Basically have the score more geared toward our actual business model or would it just be in our system no matter what and won't get those points regardless.

I feel you on this one! The only thing you can do is when the suggestion pops up, you can Snooze it for 30 days. It doesn't adjust your score, but it isn't in your face as a suggestion. It would be nice if you could adjust these things!
