Hello Justin, we have many customers that have specific customer files as well and one thing we do is we create a form and name that form to match the job or project or address it is for. Whatever works best for you then we upload all PDFs that are for that form into it. I am not sure though if there is a maximum number of forms you are allowed or not though usually we only need to upload one or two of them. The nice thing about doing it this way is that the techs can open the forms and doodle on them or get signatures on them if that is needed. Can also create smart text boxes that you can type stuff into.
