Hey @sammousa, I completely agree with the point you made in the ideas section relating to a lack of a workflow to handle warranty transactions. If you go to the ideas section and lookup idea "COMMUNITY-I-570", there is a suggested way to handle warranty returns. Check it out and, if you like it, vote for it so that Service Titan will begin paying more attention to this process.
