Hey @sammousa, I completely agree with the point you made in the ideas section relating to a lack of a workflow to handle warranty transactions.  If you go to the ideas section and lookup idea "COMMUNITY-I-570", there is a suggested way to handle warranty returns.  Check it out and, if you like it, vote for it so that Service Titan will begin paying more attention to this process.

Have there been any features added? We are having a heck of a time keeping track of our warranty claims, and jobs awaiting warranty parts

Did the Warranty updates ever come out? Was this the Returns stage revise that you are talking about @BCN ?
