Booked Job Alerts (Technician Related)

It would be great to be able to have a job related technician alert for booked jobs, like there is for the technician booked jobs alert. As of now, you can add technicians and filter it down by job type or Business Unit, but then every tech added would get the email/text message whether they are assigned to the job or not. This would just blow everyone up with notifications they don't need or aren't relevant to them. The alerts triggering before their next job are helpful, but this would be another tool to use that techs can be aware of for the future and incase any jobs are booked inside of the alert time (ex. job alert  = 60 minutes prior, but job was booked 30 minutes before a 12-2 arrival window)

THANK You for this....we have been struggling with this for some time now. While the booked job alert being specific to the assigned technician would be easier, this work around will serve a good purpose until something else long term can be implemented.

There's not a setting like this currently, but a workaround I've seen before is to add the technician's name as a Tag to the job. Then, set up Booked Job alerts for each Technician individually but only to be alerted for their tag.
