Looking for some fun and creative Job Ads.  We all know that people coming out of the trades is minimal today.  It's becoming harder and harder to find people.  What ideas for being creative have worked for you?  How do you attract people when there are so many jobs open in HVAC?

We key in on being a small family owned company.  We highlight our non-traditional benefits such as a popcorn machine, free snacks and paid quarterly company outings.  I can't tell you how many people bring up the popcorn machine when I ask them what attracted them to apply for the position.  Many potential employees are going to your social media pages to check out your company.  Be sure to highlight when you celebrate birthdays, work anniversary's etc. This attracts them to your company culture.  Best of luck!
