How long do your users have to wait for a STOP to be put into place before a service technician can close out a job. Job's should not be able to be closed out with missing Tasks or Invoice Summary. ST keeps saying use forms, triggers, but all they have to do is select yes and it moves them forward. ST do better, resolve this ONGOING issue for your users.

I would recommend creating a mobile or field SOP and coach techs on the process. If they do not complete the job to the standards presented have a person provide the training on why those items are important. Will probably still have that issue, haha. Tasks can be automated by job type, that's a possibility for the gap on tasks. I agree though, would be nice to have built in guard rails on this that could be turned off or on.
