Hello service Titan Community,
I have a situation that is reoccurring in my office in an effort to be as efficient as possible. We are in the garage door business and we make tentative appointments for customers and THEN ask them to confirm the date and time AFTER the job is BOOKED in our system. After the customer confirms day and time, we THEN WANT TO SEND CONFIRMATION text to customer. I called Service Titan and discovered that it is NOT POSSIBLE to send our confirmation template AFTER the job has ALREADY BEEN BOOKED. Can this be added to the system? Are we the only company that does this and needs this capability?

You could turn off the job notifications when you book the job. When they confirm, you can turn them on, click on the 3 dots next to the appointment and "Send Booking Confirmation." That is quite the work around, but it would accomplish what you are trying to do.
