Hey @PamDuffy-PCG, regarding 2) emails sending daily, over and over again, to the same people.
Was this caused by the 1 day difference? The same thing is happening to me with customers receiving the first email in a sequence 5 days apart when they should receive different emails on a different send schedule.

It's caused by people re-entering the audience - look at your inclusion and exclusion criteria to see if people would be exiting and then re-entering the audience. I hope that helps!

Based on this example, I believe that "Greater than" is *actually* "Greater than or equal to" which is why no one was pulling into the audience. Very helpful distinction since we are trying to email people right at 90days.
