We had a customer who entered 1 star and then a 5 star (hit in error) It picked up the 1 star rating is there any way to fix this so that it doesn't show on the report

Hi! Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to fix this 🙁  I assume you are referring to reviews coming on the internal landing page of Reputation Management?

This is referring to the legacy Job Completion Surveys in the core ServiceTitan product. I believe it will take on the most recent rating for the survey submitted so if the customer responds to the survey with a 5, it would change the survey to a 5 - and after looking at the account in question, it appears it did just that in reporting.
