Email templates for inactive customers

Hi there

I'm looking for templates to create an email campaign for customers that are a bit on the in active side maybe people who have not used us in the last 18 to 36 months I understand how to create the audience no problem but I'm looking for an email template/graphic to use does anybody have one? Have you seen one somewhere inside marketing Pro that I have missed? Can you offer any help?

Hello -- in Marketing Pro, under Email Templates, you can click on Campaign Types in left nav. There is an option for "Inactive Customers." There are some there that might work for you depending on your trade and message. Hope this helps!
