Hello!
Has anyone integrated GLSA bookings with their ServiceTitan account? We turned ours on and started receiving booking requests (great)… However, we started getting calls from upset customers saying they had an appointment confirmation for a specific day and time, and we never showed up. On our end, it just come through as a request, not an actual book job until we accept it and call the customer.
Anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks in advance!
