Our market in GA is a bit slower than usual - looking for advice/suggestions of what you ST rockstars do when the phones slow down a bit?
Do you use this time to market more? Seek out knowledge on ST? Work on cleaning up your customer db? Training??? Review your marketing strategy?
Curious. It's easy to point to your bottom line when times are busy and say you are "crushing it", but what is your benchmark for "Crushing it" during less busy/smaller profit times???
"Asking for a Friend" 🙂

We utilize the time to make outbound calls and offer discounts to customers to get our board filled up. It is also a good time to clean up the customer list...and while doing so you can reach out to customers to update their information and offer something they may need...membership, maintenance etc...

If you did not already, I would reccomened doing the ST Certified Admin program! Its free and you can work at your own pace. You will dive into a lot, and learn more about all what ST has to offer and the capabilities of the program. Here is the link to register for it! https://airtable.com/appaCFq7k9NYlKrAW/shrNacE8O7M5diX5U
