We just integrated to ServiceTitan and I am struggling with reporting. I want to find out how many total leads including outbound calls, manually entered leads and inbound calls, what the leads were for (fulls rood, repair, etc) and how many converted to appointments (jobs). I just can't seem to get the data. Can anyone help?

There is the agent scorecard in the dashboard, and then we have a campaign called "rehash" to book under. seems to work well.
So far as inbound leads/bookings and the follow-up leads converted, it gets confusing.

I am also struggling with this, mostly the outbound calling - there doesn't seem to be a good way to track leads that have come from outgoing calls, and I think that's an important metric to track.
