Has anyone had yearly memberships set up in service titan and then decided to switch to monthly billings? We have gotten a lot of feedback from customers that they would join if we offered a monthly billing rather than the yearly as $700 dollars (for example) can be a big bill for a lot of households to pay upfront.
Yes, we do perpetual billing. Now a days some people can't fork out a big bill. If they have been a member in the past, we offer them monthly billing. We have had several convert to this.
