Hi, you are not able to undismiss. I found that to book a dismissed visit, the visit needs to be selected at the time of booking OR the job should be booked from the dismissed visit screen. Otherwise (at least not to my knowledge) the dismissed visit will not be available to connect to the job after it is booked.
If the visit was dismissed and revenue recognized, then the revenue will not show on the job invoice because it was already recognized.
Side Note: If there is an accidental mass dismissing of events, Service Titan may be able to go in on the back end and undo the dismissal.
