It would nice if there was an option to click a button once a membership is cancelled to send out a pre-done email to the customer confirming the cancellation of their membership.
Hi @tylerdil! I love this idea. I would recommend submitting it in ideas to get votes.
The only workaround I can think of that you might be able to implement (although not as easy as a click of a button) would be to build an email campaign around cancelled memberships in MarketingPro if you use it.
