Any ideas on why revenue is not being recognized when cancelling a membership?

We are not dismissing events prior to cancelling memberships, however, the revenue is not being recognized or it's showing that we should refund the customer.  Any ideas as to why?

This might be your culprit?  It is under the membership setup under recurrences.

The settings you need to get into are where you create the memberships.  Settings>Membership Types>(select your membership)>Recurrences>Save&Next should bring you to the page where you will see the screen shot I sent.  Hope that helps!

No, it is where you build your memberships from the settings screen.

This is all I see under membership under recurring services.  Can you guide me a little more? Thank you for replying.
