Number seems low?

Does anyone know if commercial customers are counted in this metric?  This seems low based on our current pace of sales.  Thanks!

That is where i think i will go.  Monday i will ask our membership coordinator to check memberships sold to opportunities.  We do tag all residential customers that are not currently members with a "potential membership" tag that is marked opportunity.

I’m curious about this…I think Commercial memberships are sold as Service Agreements so it might not count towards that number but I’m not 100% sure.  Do you have a report of memberships sold to compare and see where that % could possibly be coming from?
