Allow managed tech capabilities without paying monthly fee in Practice Environment only mode.

It would be nice if you could have managed technician capabilities in the practice environment only. This could be a great way to test and try out what your technicians see without  being forced to pay monthly fee as an administrator. I fully understand why you would not allow this in the real environment as you could create invoices from the office but from just the training or practice only site, it would be of no value other than training.
