I am able to log into the desktop version but I cannot get into the mobile app. I have reset the password 3 times and uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I also made sure I was logged out of the desktop before trying to log into the mobile app.
Help.

You can only log into the mobile app with a technician login, not an employee login. Can you confirm it’s a tech login you are using?

Yes- this. There is presently no mobile app for the office. You can use it on a mobile device by logging in at go.servicetitan.com from a browser.
