DEPOSIT QUESTION!
 
Hi All! To my knowledge, when a tech sells work and wants to collect a prepayment he has to sell the work, click "perform work later", call the office, the office sets up the return call, and then the tech can collect the "project" balance to make sure that that tasks and money go on the right invoice.
Problem I am having is the tech says customerwise, it is hard for him to sell it, then call the office, then collect, he wants to sell it, collect, then call the office.
 
Is there a way to do this to make sure all the eggs are in a line?

And this will be a huge operational win in following the proper work flow as your techs will not have to call into the office to get a new job put on them and clog up the phone lines and be smoother in front of your customers!!!
