When a crew leader sees an opportunity or problem in the field he/she creates an issue to alert the account and operations manager that action is needed.  This issue becomes a chain of emails that alert the original creator of the issue every time a new action has been taken by the account or operations manager. Once the crew leader creates the issue, their job is done and they no longer need to be in the loop of information, however, they continue to receive emails until the issue is complete.  Is there a way to remove the crew leader from the emails in Aspire?  Or has anyone found work arounds for this?

Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. I believe simply unsubscribing from the email chain would work but let me know if this is still an issue🙂
