Does anyone have a solution this one? I have noticed that if an estimate is sent out from a technician on the mobile device it will give this "sent a link for e-signatures to the following contacts:" in the audit history for the job. However it does not show that the estimate was opened like it does when we send an invoice from the office. I am just trying to confirm that our estimates are being received and opened.

They are clicking on "Present" estimates and requesting E-sign, this was meant for contactless experience, Customer sign while tech is on site for work to be authorized, whether to be performed at the time of service or at a later job. Once the tech closes the job the e-sign cant be collected. If they didn't get approval at that time, have your techs email the estimate by clicking on the estimates tab then the estimate, not present, and actually hit "email" and they can select the recipients and include a specific estimate or all and send them as PDF
