We have been using Service Titan for 2 months. We did not use I pads at first and are planning to progress to this in the next month. I am having difficulty locating an operational guide to study and ultimately teach our techs. Where should I be looking?

I have new techs who do not know how to log in or dispatch and arrive on their tablets. Is there a video showing them how to do just dispatching and arriving and completing the job?

I would suggest going to the service titan training site & the technicians can also to learn about it & they even have some training that also you can practice doing the different things on . it is what we did to learn how to do the things we needed to.
