Why can't the techs view their schedule via mobile? We used to use non-job events for things like Time-Off and Holidays that the technician could see on their Dashboard or through All Jobs. But now that we're using the Schedule Module and setting technician shifts for ACP, the techs can't see something as simple as "oh we have Thanksgiving and the day after off". Seems like a gap to me. How do others do this?
Hello there! At this time, this feature was not built for the mobile side. It's for dispatchers and CSRs for visuals on the dispatch board. At this time, there is a feature request for our Product team to review and look into, and our recommended workaround would be to assign a NJE for technicians to review as this should still work with ACP.
