Need a way for the Tec's to see price book without being in a job invoice!

Techs can go to their profile pic and there should be (permission based) a "Manual Invoice' where they can access and view the pricebook 🙂

Manual invoice uses static price.   If youre using dynamic or client specific pricing, the manual invoice will not reflect an accurate price....

There is a feature (I can't remember if it's a config your CSM needs to turn on or just a permission) where a tech can make an invoice without a job. That would give them a workaround to accessing the pricebook!

Unfortunately no way for this to happen. BUT they can go into their follow up tab, and can use it there. What would be the use case of needing it without an invoice?
