Does anyone know if the technicians have the ability to add tags to their jobs through ST.

In this case we do not have feature where Technicians can add Tags from the mobile side, it is available only from the office side, but the idea is good one.

We would love this feature.
We have tags 'Dogs - treats' and 'Dogs - no treats' so we know if we can give customers pets a treat when we come into their home. if a tech could add tags it would be awesome

The only way for technicians to add jobs would require some work in the office. You can set specific tasks in the pricebook to add tags OR you can set a form to add a tag.
But techs cannot directly add tags

They can't add tags from mobile. They can view tags that are already assigned to the job though.

I would love for the tags to be updated so that technicians can add them..

It would be great if Techs could add tags to job. We have a tag named Follow up. however, because Techs can't add tags, the work around we have right now is there is a Follow up form the techs fill out and that form is then emailed to someone in the office the next day. It would be faster and easier for the techs to just add that tag. It would also be faster and easier for the office and Customer.

I looked it up but it only mentioned CSRs, our technicians check in periodically and will let us know about a customer or job, that is when our office will add it. So they might not
