We need to get better at tracking truck inventory and believe easing and simplifying the technician portion of the effort is key. Has anyone been successful in implementing bar coding to handle truck inventory reporting? (Receipts, Returns, Transfers, Usage, Counts)
Last discussion topic on this was in April 2020 and thoughts were that ST was thinking about this. The list of Labels has none for Inventory tracking that directly apply.

Hey @moor200 not sure if you're still looking for a solution as your post was made awhile back. But my company Ply (getply.com) is an official Gold Partner of ServiceTitan and integrates directly with the platform to help with tracking materials.
With a core focus on inventory management, Ply compliments your ServiceTitan account with:
Happy to share more if interested.

Hi @moor200. No question but that this is a major concern, and yes, I have be successful at using bar code data collection in inventorying both trucks and the warehouse, but only because I can program the bar code units myself, its a pretty involved process. The real answer here is including bar code technology natively in Titan. Good news, they are not thinking about it, they are doing it. My latest information is that the release that will include, not just bar code integration but many other enhancements, is on track for production release by the end of the year. Titan is a software company, however, so I'll take that with a grain of salt, but I do believe that elements of the release are in beta, so it should be here soon anyway. I have that information from a pretty reliable inventory specialist at Titan, so I'm pretty sure its solid.
