Hello everyone!
I'm Daniel, a user experience researcher supporting our ST mobile app team.
We have survey needing feedback on our new Field mobile app for technicians. (As you might know, this app is still in development but will eventually replace the existing technician app.)
This study a bit longer and different from our typical studies but we think it's interesting enough to try.
Our study involves exploring an interactive design prototype of the new Field mobile app in a loose, open-ended manner, then sharing your feedback.
The designs are proposed updates to what's in the unreleased Field mobile app now, and we want to get a sense of what people think.
Because our survey relates to app workflow and technician needs, some domain knowledge is needed — we'd love to get feedback from technicians or others familiar with technician duties and with our current ST technician app.
This survey should take about 15 minutes.
We also have a small token of appreciation for those who complete the survey (details within).
