Discounts - Installation Tasks

We have multiple discounts set up in the discounts and fees section; however, it is not working on certain tasks. I have confirmed that the Allow Discount Codes is checked. Any ideas or thoughts on how to get this working. It works GREAT for all of my PricebookPro tasks on the service side. It is just the tasks I created for our sales team on quoting installs where it doesn't.

Hopefully, my answer is mindful of understanding your question 100%. But with my experience, we set up discount tasks to discount our installations so it shows on the invoice. This is mandatory for some of our rebate programs. This sounds like it would fix your problem, if not, you may want to reach out to a Service Titan staff. Otherwise, hope this helps.

@josh_via yes we have them set up using the Discounts/Fee section and Rebates are working but for some reason a $500 military discount or any of the other Discounts. Support wasn't much help.....
