We've had a few pricebook services in the last month that have had the attached equipment disappear, leading to selling techs not being able to accurately price estimates in the field.
Has anyone had this issue/figured out what's causing it?

Check to make sure that your pricebook is up to date - That is always my first step. Make sure that all changes are synced properly. That is the problem usually!
To do this:
Scroll down on the left-hand bar.
click the bottom option.
Go through the updates and accept or decline.
