Automated report for pulling call metrics

Hello, I am curious if there is some way to generate a report that pulls call recordings at random for the purpose of reviewing them for training purposes. For instance- the calls would have time length parameters and call reasons and CSRs that would be able to be selected . Is there a feature like this out there, or any ideas how this could be achieved in another way?

Hi Liz, you can create a custom report by calls, select the filters, save (you can edit as needed after)

Then you can schedule it to receive it daily if you want
