I need some kind of report showing what was there and date and who is running the call back.
I have talked to several support people. It just blows my mind there is no way to track call backs on techs with all the other productivity features.
Do you have the warranty/lead enabled on your account? If you do, the CSR can book it as a recall or warranty from the original appointment. If you do it that way then you can track it. But, this is a feature that you need to reach out to your CSM to turn on.
