Discrepancy between Dashboard leads and Campaign Summary Report leads

Screenshot 2024-02-27 084313.pngScreenshot 2024-02-27 084249.pngDoes anyone know why there would be a difference in the number of leads shown between the Dashboard and the leads shown in the Campaign Summary Report?

For example, on a specific day, I have 34 leads shown on the dashboard and 38 leads shown in the campaign summary report. Why would these be different?

Only thing I can think of would be that there were manual calls booked in the 38.  The 34 would be from inbound phone calls.
