Reporting on 'Warranty' & 'Recalls' for technicians

Hey ST Folks!

I am very new at creating reports.  I would like to create a simple report that shows what jobs technicians have completed but resulted in a warranty or a recall.  😄 Help please

You can build a report starting with the "jobs" report type, make sure you include tech name, warranty, warranty for, recall and recall for. Also on the Technician Performance Dashboard, you can view "Recalls Caused" in the Productivity section, if you click on the number it will expand to a drill down of the specific jobs.
