We run a monthly technician scorecard and one of the factors we use is the ratings our techs get from reputation pro. This data is available as I can see the number of reviews and ratings on the dashboard, but you cannot currently export it and it takes about 90 minutes every month for me to manually go tech by tech on the dashboard and pull off the data. Not only is the very tedious but because it is manual data entry, it can be prone to error and because it affects performance and pay, the term prone to error because of manual data entry is not acceptable. I know the data is already available in ST because it displays in the dashboard as well as in reputation pro. Can you please either make this data available as a data review set or available to export on either the dashboard or the reputation pro module.
