Not sure if this helps but we like phones pro. I can be challenging to set up but once it is, you are good to go. It connects all the calls to the jobs and accounts and allows the technicians to listen on the job in case there are any discrepancies. It can be a bit pricey but we think it is worth it and it pays itself off. If you need help setting it up, let me know. I may be able to help!
