Isn't configurable payroll supposed to assign item bonuses based on splits? I have an item bonus that the system is paying to both techs on the job, even though the split is 100% for one of the techs. What am I missing?
On the payroll profile for those techs, do you have the item bonus set up to take into account technician splits? That is the only thing I can think of where it isnt picking up the split to apply the commission to 1 tech (the 100% guy) and not the other. I wonder if default is to just split it for item bonuses unless a rule is applied or if it is a bug.
