It comes in threes I guess... job timesheets not showing to pay on Friday.

None of my techs are being paid for job timesheets Friday (picture shows one tech, but they are all like this). I have blue lines for time on the dispatch board, I have job timesheets on the jobs, but they aren't here.

Was there an answer to fix this? I'm having the same trouble.

We did not have any of these issues this morning - Appears you need to clean Cache or do a computer shut down and reboot. just my thoughts

No- these are back end issues. Confirmed by support. Clearing a cache wouldn't make back end automations happen or not.
