Payroll and burden rate

So I was trying to find out why my burden was not showing up on service tickets. If I have read right, I need payroll active? We are processing payroll now through QB and I don't want to switch. How do I get burden rates to show up for job ticket profitability?

We process our payroll in QB but we do have our techs approve their timesheets through ST, so on our tech's payroll tab we have the hourly rate and on the basic Info tab we have the burden rate separated. If you don't want to enable the payroll tab you can bundle and add the hourly + burden rate on the main tech profile basic info without enabling the payroll tab.

I couldn't get it to work either.  Had to work around it by adding the burden to each tech's payrate.  We don't integrate with QB or use Titan for payroll.
