Im new to Service Titan. I have so many questions and so much to learn. I was wondering if you have the Finance Fees/BuyDown set up and if so, did you have any issues with it? I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I hope you have some experience in this and can share some tips and tricks.
Hi Dora! Welcome to the ServiceTitan Family. Yes, we do utilize the finance fees but down setup. Have you happen to log on to knowledge base to verify the set up is complete.
