Hi! I'm Tammy from Alberta, Canada. I'm a Call Centre Manager for plumbing/HVAC/AC/Electrical and have been for just over a year now. When I can find the time, I love coming here! I'm an ST Certified Admin but I still feel like I'm clueless most of the time, in the Torch Network, Spark Sessions, Lady Titans... I love learning when I can attend the meetings!
