On Today's Training Tuesday, Shea is sharing some of the new upgrades that will be available with the ST-63 release. If you're a CSR or Dispatcher, you're going to LOVE these! You can check them out now in your NEXT environment. Log into NEXT, by typing "next" instead of "go" in your browser.
For CSRs, you'll now have an option to allow the location to pop up (or not) on the Job Booking tab.
Dispatchers will be excited that they can now view the job and take action without having to open a separate tab.
