Re: Okay, I am now the Lead/manager for dispatching. i would like to know what are other company's doing to keep the drive time to the minimum. Right now when i look at our board drive time for the whole day is at least under 45mins.. "use to be longer ?"

Re: Hi! Looking for others that BILL FROM THE OFFICE SIDE! Our techs do not add charges to invoices or collect payment on the job bc we are mainly new construction. How do you tell your techs to "complete" appointments so you can keep track of which to bill?
