Hey! How would I be able to request permission to add a Group Member? I'd like the team member who oversees all the Commercial plans to be able to provide feedback on the components in their own words. Is that possible?

@sara_cho did you ever get anywhere with this? I cannot understand why this holds us back from Acceleration as well. I just posted a question- wondering if perhaps I just didn't understand. But we have a functioning Membership program without this.

We have the same situation- I've definitely let our Marketing Pro reps know it was a big oversight to not carry over the other naming convention: last, first. I can use the inverse in Email, but Direct Mail name printing has been somewhat problematic...
