Perhaps when reviewing services in the price book, there's a check box for "equipment service", and then when someone adds that task/service to the invoice or estimate, it will pull up the list of equipment to choose for which that task is performed....

We sort of do this with forms as a pop-up way to remind the techs, but having that redirect OR even having it as a field in the closeout work flow, like signatures etc. The Yes/No requirement is nice too.

Capacity is a nice place holder, but having a dedicated field that pops up when selecting the equipment type would be less clicking and more "tabbing through the list" and entering stuff quickly -- especially if we import a catalog in.
