Sales doing Ride alongs with Service technicians

Hello :)

How are other companies setting up monthly payments and does accounting have to pull a report daily and manually charge clients cards on file? Im watching the Videos on how to set this up but like to see how everyone else is handling it .

Okay, I am now the Lead/manager for dispatching. i would like to know what are other company's doing to keep the drive time to the minimum. Right now when i look at our board drive time for the whole day is at least under 45mins.. "use to be longer ?"
